Abstract The rapid digital transformation of education has underscored the need for innovative approaches to executive learning, particularly in online environments. This study explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI), dialogic pedagogy, and value-based education can bridge critical gaps in online executive education, fostering deeper engagement, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making. AI-driven learning tools offer personalized experiences, adaptive feedback, and data-driven insights, enhancing learner autonomy and accessibility. Meanwhile, dialogic pedagogy—rooted in collaborative discourse—promotes active engagement, enabling executives to navigate complex business challenges through meaningful dialogue. Complementing these approaches, value-based education ensures that leadership development is grounded in ethical reasoning, social responsibility, and long-term sustainability. By integrating these three pillars, this research aims to develop a holistic framework for transforming online executive learning into a dynamic, interactive, and ethically informed experience. Through a mixed-methods approach, incorporating design-based research (DBR), Qualitative, Quantitative, case studies and experimental design, the study evaluates the efficacy of AI-enhanced dialogic strategies in fostering executive competencies. Findings will contribute to the evolving discourse on pedagogical innovation in online executive education, offering practical insights for educators, institutions, and policymakers.

Abstract
Findings will contribute to the evolving discourse on pedagogical innovation in online executive education, offering practical insights for educators, institutions, and policymakers.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
