This paper describes the operational steps for the decision support tool design and define a dashboard for the Asset Integrity of a fuel distribution network that feed both the vehicle fleet and airport depots. The network model reproduces a set of physical and informative infrastructures, and the relationships among these, simulating real operations. After a data collection phase (with a sampling of last 3 years) to design a system dynamics model, we developed the next phase of”validation” allowing to have realistic feedback of the process designed. The simulation model was used to test the operation of different components for the fuel's stock and distribution. Finally, the use of the technical-methodological approach was tested, in order to have an instrument to manage Logistic Operations both for optimizing the use of infrastructures and resources integrity and environmental protection objectives.
