In this paper, we introduce new properties of the new class of generalized Frobenius-Euler polynomials of type Apostol. Euler and numbers of order α, level m. We give some basic identities and basic properties by means of gen- erating function techniques. In addition, we provide certain relations between these polynomials with Apostol type polynomial family.
